Abstract

The aim of this study is to analysis direct influence of emotional spiritual quotient on job performance and also indirect influence through adversity quotient and motivation. Data were collected from 70 general managers and managers of real estate firms in Indonesia. Partial Least Square was performed to analyze the data. Results of the study indicated that influence of Emotional Spiritual Quotient throught Adversity Quotient and motivation on job performance is greater that direct influence. In other words, someone who has a high Emotional Spiritual Quotient will have the ability to cope and survive in difficult situations and then have the motivation to produce good performance.
