Abstract

Quality of work life has impact in employee's work performance such as procrastination. There are two types of procrastinator such as active and passive procrastinator. Active procrastinator assumed to have better quality work of live because they feel secure and less stress in doing and finishing the work punctually compare of passive procrastinator. The aim of this study is to measure the difference of quality of work life between active and passive procrastinator employee. The participants in this research are 55 employees (36 male employees and 19 female employees). This research approach is quantitative research using one way anava for the analysis. The result shows the significant difference of quality of work life between active and passive procrastinator employees. When the difference goes to each components there are also significant differences in equal compensation, proud of being part of the institution, career development perception, and perception of the work facility.
