Bandung City is one city in Indonesia that has gone through stages of development and has a number of historic areas, including the region of Braga street has their own uniqueness, the uniqueness of the space, and perpetrators, namely a road axis formation during a street row in which shops upper class is also reserved for the elite society of the city, the development of this region Braga road had experienced a decrease of activity and environmental quality, but within a period of ten years there is a trend of increased activity in this region and the efforts to improve facilities and infrastructure of the multi - parties to make this area a conservation area can live again and restore the city's image as before. The purpose of this research is to explain how the image- based town conservation area, in terms of actors and space relations, so that its meaning can be seen, not only viewed from the physical side of town, but also from the users and policy makers. Inductive paradigm used in this study with a phenomenological approach (originated from the phenomenon that occurs in the field), the basic theory of image that appears only as an initial assumption related to the phenomenon in the field.
