ANALISIS PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA “TELKOMSEL CASH” TERHADAP SISTEM PEMBAYARAN ELEKTRONIK MENGGUNAKAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL ( TAM )

Abstract

Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi saat ini berkembang sangat cepat. Saat ini uang tidak lagi berbentuk secara fisik lagi, melainkan menjadi sebuah benda tak berwujud yaitu e-money ( Sistem Uang Elektronik ). Sistem ini memungkin seseorang untuk bertransaksi keuangan menggunakan kartu dan media lainnya.Akan tetapi bagaimana tingkat pengguna sistem pembayaran elektronik ini menerima sebuah teknologi baru. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengambil tema tingkat penerimaan pengguna Telkomsel Cash sebagai contoh kasus dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model ( TAM ).Analisis dari pembahasan ini memungkinkan pengguna dan pihak provider yang mengeluarkan kebijakan penggunaan alat pembayaran elektronik dapat menggunakan sebagai acuan tingginya tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap teknologi yang diterapkan. Use of Information Technology is developing very fast. Currently the money is no longer shaped physically anymore, but becomes an intangible thing that is e-money (Electronic Money System). This system allows a person using the card for financial transactions and other media. But what about the users of these electronic payment system receives a new technology. Therefore, the authors take the theme of the level of user acceptance Telkomsel Cash as an example the case of using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).The analysis of this section allows the user and the provider that issued the policy of the use of electronic payment instruments can be used as a reference high level of user acceptance of technology is applied.
