The technique of multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis digunkan F test = 0.05.and t test at 95% confidence level, The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.620 or 62% indicates that the independent variables (education and training and work environment) can explain 62% of the bound variable (employees performance). Based on the standardized partial coefficient is known that the work environment variables have the dominant influence over education and training variables.
