| Abstract: | Human resources is one of the most important asset and have a direct
impact on an organization or agency as compared to other resources. An
organization or agency should be supported by a skilled human resource for
human resources was instrumental in running the business or activity within the
institution. One way that can be done in an effort to improve employee
performance is through the development of employees is to conduct education and
training.
This research is explanatory research that attempts to explain the causal
relationship between these variables and test research hypotheses have been
formulated. Analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis and Mcnemar
(hypothetical study comparing between before and after). The results of the first
research, education and training and work environment has a significant
influence on employee performance Sanitation Department. The technique of
multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis digunkan F test = 0.05.and t
test at 95% confidence level, The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.620
or 62% indicates that the independent variables (education and training and work
environment) can explain 62% of the bound variable (employees performance).
Based on the standardized partial coefficient is known that the work environment
variables have the dominant influence over education and training variables.
While the remaining 38% is a variable outside of the education and training and
working environment is not examined.
The results of the study second hypothesis (Mcnemar) are there differences
in performance before and after the Sanitation Department implemented
education and training has a positive and significant difference to the
performance of employees. |
