| Abstract: | The research was conducted at PT. Nusa Toyotesu Corporation located MM2100
Cikarang industrial area of the West. This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership
and motivation are moderated by factors of job satisfaction on work performance of
employees. Leadership is how a leader affects the subordinate, in order to cooperate and work
productively to achieve organizational goals, while providing motivation is the driving force
that created the excitement of one's work so that they would cooperate, to work effectively,
and integrates with all his efforts to achieve satisfaction work and work optimal. Analytical
approaches used include test validity, test reliability, test the assumptions of classical, and test
structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the 5 (five) hypothesis proposed in this study. The
results showed there were significant relationship between the variables of leadership and
motivation for job satisfaction as well as leadership and motivation for employee
performance and job satisfaction variables thus as an intervening variable, so that the results
of the hypothesis showed that 5 (five) the hypothesis can be accepted.The results of research
produced the conclusion that job satisfaction is a highly variable effect on work performance
with the critical ratio (CR) regression weight of 3.050. |
