| Abstract: | SatuDunia/Oneworld Indonesia has found out that
many civil society organizations (CSOs) have kept
their site findings in their filing boxes. It is not because
they are exclusive or regard as restricted-exclusive
data, it because they do not have good understanding
upon information and knowledge sharing and open
content discourse as well.
This kind of condition surely would be a huge
barrier for development of the open content spirit. This
paper will describe how the effort to build open
content concept among NGOs will face that minor
habit of sharing information and knowledge. |
