Abstract: The rate of internet adoption and training did not show the pattern of relations with the user's behavior but the website shows the pattern of relationships with quality perception. Adopter groups indicated usability, information quality and services interaction, higher compared with non-adopter group. Thus, students who adopt the use of information technology and computers and have experience of training has a significant relationship to the perception of service quality virtual class.
