| Abstract: | The reason behind this study is trying to find out why Singapore Airline becomes the best in the world. The writer will
analyzes everything done by Singapore Airline in its effort to become the best airline in the world. The method used to obtain and
analyze data as well as the findings are well documented in this study.
The sample is selected based on predetermined criteria, relevant to the objective of the analysis. The study applies from data
collection and latter writer makes analysis and conclusion of factors contributed in making Singapore Airline the best in the
world. Upon completion of the study, it is proved that because of the service excellence and other factors such as clarity of
commitment, continuous training, excellence communication, benchmarking and professionalism, Singapore Airline become the
best in the world. Thus, it is concluded that from achieving customer satisfaction, the title of the best airline in the world gained.
In addition to that, the mission statement and core values established without question gives quality service to customers as
the fundamental objective and aspiration of the airline. Therefore, this research is focus on the analysis of every element that
make Singapore Airline fly so high compare to other airline companies. |
