Abstract: Women’s access to microfinance services has increased substantially in the last 10 years but the ability to access further limited because of various issues related to female gender. Sudan has proven the success of the empowerment of women, both in the social, economic and cultural. Objectives To review the benefits of Credit Union in improving the situation of its beneficiaries (rural women) from the standpoint of economic, social, cultural and psychological harm. Assessing the key factors of success in implementing equivalence gender and women’s empowerment. The existence Credit Union (CU) has been able to beguile women in family economic activities, where most of the credit received by women especially in rural areas has been used and exploited to enhance their business, either new business or old business, it is shown from their opinion that it This has to increase revenue. The result of increased revenue is used to develop the business back, to increase children’s school fees so that the improving educational level and standard of welfare, the purchase of household furnishings, adding to the purchase of vehicles used to facilitate their efforts, to renovate the house and a small portion is used for daily needs or consumptive. By becoming a member of the CU they really feel the positive influence that is felt more confident because they feel could help the family needs or to increase family income. Likewise, openness to others is also increased because they felt more knowledgeable and lack of information left behind by others.
