| Abstract: | This study attempts to analyze a new vision of the SME business model based on the intensive use of information and
communication technology (ICT). Specifically, we identify the potential benefits for SMEs from adopting a business model
oriented towards the use of ICT. Our results have enabled us to formulate proposals for future research. |
