| Abstract: | This study was a collaboration between the Gunadarma University with BKCU Kalimantan. The purpose
of this study was to explore the influence of motivational antecedents towards perceived welfare of Credit
Union members. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument that has been tested its validity and
reliability. Structural equation model developed and tested using Lisrel 8.51. The results showed that
the level of trust, need and affection of members of the Credit Union are very high. Needs and affection
have significant impacts on motivation, while the trust has no effect on motivation. Then motivation,
significantly affect the perceived welfare of Credit Union members |
