Pemeliharaan Common Ontology pada P2P dengan Voting dan Representasi

Abstract

P2P allows same common interest to develop a group which called clustering. The clustering refer to the similarity of concept as a result create overlay network on top of physical network, it is called Semantic Overlay Network (SON). P2P has special characteristics as follows: dynamic (peer can joint or leave frequently), autonomy (format, content, model and part of data sharing is right of the peers). Information interoperability at P2P considers utilize mediation approach. One model of mediation approach implements common ontology as sharing concept of the community, and local ontology as representation of local data provider peer. As a dynamic environment of P2P, common ontology need to align or update to maintenance the sharing concept among dynamic community members. This paper addresses an approach to update common ontology at P2P environment.
