Evaluasi Kualitas Kinerja Proses Belajar Mengajar Dengan Metode Focused Quality

Abstract

University nowadays encounters a harder and more serious challenge by the development of knowledge and technology that grows even faster and in high speed. The expected quality is a continue quality which point out to an important commitment on a higt quality of studying process for community. This observation is done for some purpose, such as: (1) Knowing the teaching and studying pocess (2) Observing the working quality of teaching and studying process The method being used is a quality focuss method from the analysis report, we Can conclude that there is still a big pag in a teaching and studying process, for about 3,05-5,84 and the working quality of teaching and studying process in Economic Faculty according to my opinion is still not maximum. This fact is based on the observation of teaching and studying process that has been done by student which the score is about 4,16-6,95 which means the process of teaching and studying is cathegorized good.
