Pengembangan Sarana Pengambilan Keputusan Kelompok Berbasis Interivet/Intranet Dengan Protokol Komunikasi Berbasis Stream Socket

Abstract

This paper discusses the development of a communication protocol (chatting) with a group decision making mechanism. The protocol using stream socket as a communication base. It supports multiplatform implementation. It can be operated on various operating system, such as Linux, Windows or Solaris. Decision making mechanism uses independence and pairwise preference evaluation. A Delphi method (non numeric), i.e., an indepence preference evaluation, an analytic hierarchy process (numeric) and a non numeric pairwise fizzy for pairwise preference evaluation.
