| Abstract: | An active pixel sensor has been integrated in 0.6 micron digital CMOS technology. The pixel cell consists of three PMOS transistors, a NMOS transistor , and a photodiode type N. This paper describes working the circuit. Simulation result of the circuit is shown in this paper. |
