Abstract

The aim cf this research is to find out the relationship between job satisfaction, knowledge of information system and managerial abilities with the COMMitINCINI of those educated employee for the university. This research was conducted at Crunadanna University in Jakarta, with a sample offifty respondents, selected randomly. the reseerch reveals that there are positive and significant correlations between; First: job satisfiction and commitment of the educated employee Second: between knowledge of information system and the commitment of the educated employee. Tisk& between manageriatabilities and the commitment of the educated employee. Four: more over there is a positive and significant correlation between those three independent variables with the commitment of educated employee. Finally the research concludes that the educated employee was needed to serve as good qualification in commitment for the university.
