Banking Improvement Performance Analysis Through Strategy Map And Business Process Map: Financial And Non Financial Perspectives Approach

Abstract

This study aims to determine the banks performance to realize the vision and mission through a strategy map and business process map, which describe through financial and non financial perspectives, in the non financial perspective, i.e. customer perspective, internal business process perspective, growth and development perspective. The data used in this research is the primary data and secondary data. Analysis carried out shows the results of that in states bank i.e. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) and Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk viewed from the perspective financial year period 2004-2008 for the liquidity ratio is a decreasing and increasing, decreasing solvency ratio viewed from the period 2007 primary ratio 9.022% and CAR of 13.67%, the ratio of profitability also increasing and decreasing, the ratio of business efficiency and also decreases improvement. Analysis for the customer perspective, the process of innovation, growth and learning showed satisfactory results from the states bank. Conclusions from the analysis results showed the states bank that has achieve vision and mission through the perspective of both financial and non-financial perspective satisfactory. Approach to strategy map and business process map shows that the productivity performance of the states bank has been running very well.
