Pendekatan Ergonomi Makro Terhadap Sistem Saran Aktif di PT IAK

Abstract

Conceptually, macroergonomics is a top-down sociotechnical systems approach to the design of work system and the application of the overall work system design to the design of human-job, human machine, and human-software interfaces. PT IAK was a packaging company which produce "blacu" and polyprophylene bag. Suggestion system for improvement is a tool that if it is implemented could give positive impact to the company. After it was analyzed, It was found that management factor, personnel, method, and equipments were the causes that made suggestion system for improvement ineffective. Therefore, the suggestion system needs correction by identibiing and correcting the weaknesses of implemented system to result more effective of suggestion system.
