Abstract

Industry that use electric heater, requires peripheral that can control temperature in order to get constant temperature. In other hand, it also requires controller and heat detector outside the stove, to detect leakage that happened on the wall insulat~r. This condition will be developed at the design of heater system with automatic temperature detector and heat leakage controller by utilizing heaterfor two-storey control action. Desired temperature can be arranged at certain level and presented by 3 digits of seven segment. Circuit performance passed by temperature detector turns temperature quantity to voltage then pass through to circuit comparator. Circuit comparator then compares input voltage with reference voltage. Circuit comparator output will be continued by a relay in each control level. Relay that has worked willjoint or break stove.
