PENGUKURAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN METODEBALANCED SCORECARD PADA PT. UNILEVER INDONESIA TBK

Abstract

The Balanced Scorecard is a new framework for integrating the various measures derived from corporate strategy. In addition to financial performance measures, also introduced the Balanced Scorecard performance drivers that includes the customer perspective, internal business processes, and learning and growth, derived from the translation process implemented corporate strategy explicitly and strictly to the various objectives and concrete measures. Types of data used are secondary data and primary data. Secondary data in the form of a company's financial statements PT.Unilever Indonesia Tbk for 5 years (2004-2008) and the primary data customers in the form of questionnaires and questionnaires of employees. Analysis tools used in the form deskripitif analysis and analysis of financial statements in the form of ratios calculated as liquidity ratios, activity ratios, leverage ratios and profitability ratios. Finance perspective shows that the company's financial performance relative to say good for the company's financial performance from year to year increase. Customer perspective shows that the customer was satisfied with the services provided by the company. Internal business process perspective shows that the employee agrees to the development of resources committed by the company. Growth and learning indicates that employees feel satisfied with the agreement or the policies established by the company.
