ANALISIS PENGARUH MODAL KERJA, FIXED FINANCIAL ASSET, FINANCIAL DEBT DAN FIRM SIZE TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS : STUDI PERUSAHAAN CONSUMER GOODS PADA LQ45 BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aimed to significantly influence the working capital, fixed financial assets, financial debt and firm size affect the profitability of the company s performance on some consumer goods companies in Indonesia. This research analyzes the influence of working capital, fixed financial assets, financial debt and firm size to profitability. Data of this research were taken from 4 consumer goods companies in LQ45 Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period of 5 years in a row. The method used in this research is to compare the element of working capital, fixed financial assets, financial debt and firm size for each company are compared with other companies in each year by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis methods used in this research are multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing between independent and dependent variables. Independent variables in this research is working capital, fixed financial assets, financial debt and firm size whereas dependent variable is profitability. Based on hypothesis testing that has been done, the result can be concluded that the working capital, fixed financial assets and financial debt, which has a positive and significant impact on profitability, whereas firm size has no positive effect and no significant effect on profitability. The implication from this research explain that the company requires more attention to working capital management, financial fixed asset, sales and financing in a balanced manner in terms of debt because it can affect the overall profitability.
