| Abstract: | This study aims to analyze the effect of learning motivation and self efficacy beliefs on
accounting students' academic achievement, weither partially or simultan. A survey is
conducted through questionnaire distributed among student s in 2006 accounting S1
Faculty of Economics at one of the private universities in Jakarta. Finally, data were
processed and analyzed by multiple linear regression statistical model using SPSS version
17. The results showed, variables of learning motivation has partial significantly influence
on academic achievement. But the variable self efficacy beliefs has not significantly affect
on students' academic achievement of graduate student in accounting S1 Fac ulty of
Economics of private university in Jakarta. In while simultant, variables of learning
motivation and self efficacy beliefs has not significantly affect students' academic
achievement of graduate student in accounting S1 Faculty of Economics of priv ate
university in Jakarta. |
