ANALISIS TINGKAT KESEHATAN PT BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK DAN PT BANK BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (PERSERO) TBK SEBELUM DAN SETELAH PRIVATISASI

Abstract

Until now, the privatization of SOEs is still one of the most controversial issues in the Indonesian economy. On the one hand, privatization is still recognized and needed to help close the financing gap (gap financing) State Budget (APBN), but in addition it is also intended that the privatization of SOEs to be more efficient. Banking sector is one of the business sector SOEs targeted for privatization. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and the State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk is a state-owned banks that have been privatized by the government. With the aim of the research results were used to determine the health level of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and the State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk before and after privatization. Privatization conducted by PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in the early years after privatization did not improve the performance of the bank, while at the State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk, which has been very beneficial because of privatization performance of the bank's early, suffers improvement.
