| Abstract: | Wood requirement in the ship yard progressively increase as wood supply limited. Since the regulation of illegal logging the price of wood price at market mount up 2 times. In doing so an effect on the ships price in general. Research to search alternative material need conducted. Affiliation it has two different material base on its nature of physical and its mechanic represent the new breakthrough. This research represent the affiliation between teak material with the bamboo of type Dendrocalamus asper. Both of material coupled with glue type of phenol formaldehyde. Then done test to get its avalanche behavior, to obtain technological conclusion of production. The behavior of laminate material after bended in general very different from various layer. The lamination which layer consist of the damage teak became the mains material. While the lamination which layer most consisted the damage bamboo shares adhesive bonding. The lamination having the power of high relative is laminate beam with the comparison 50% wood and 50% bamboo. Tension from lamination with the formation layer 50% teak and 50% bamboo own the tension 6612.01 N / cm2. To get the lamination beam having the power of better compilation shall layer conducted by certain period the interlude. Adhesive bonding have to use the pressure 8 kg/cm2 of during minimizing 4 hour. |
