MMODEL SISTEM MANAJEMEN AHLI PERENCANAAN INVESTASI PRODUK AGROINDUSTRI KOMODITAS UMBI-UMBIAN

Abstract

Expert Management System for Tuber Agro industrial Product Investment Planning is an interactive computer system designed for helping decision maker in selecting decision alternative in tuber agro industry development. The name of this system is AgroplanVest 1.1, which is an integration of expert system and decision support system. AgroplanVest 1.1 consists of five Models: (1) An expert system to decide the potentiality of root crops, (2) A model to decide the priority of agro industrial product, (3) A model to decide the priority of agro industrial location, (4) A forecasting analysis model for Agro industrial product market, and (5) A financial feasibility analysis model for agro industry. All of the above models had been tested and work properly. The data used for verification were collected from Bureau of Statistic Office (BPS). Sample of verification results show that tapioca is the most prospective industry that should be built at Sukaraja sub-district with the estimated production capacity at 4.946.201 kg a year. AgroplanVest 1.1 can be operated in some institution, especially institution that provide information, such as Industrial and Trade Dept., BAPPEDA, and BKPMD. It will need 2 people as Operators and 1 person as Administrator to operate AgroplanVest 1.1.
