|Abstract: ||Technological developments of the influence of globalization now so
rapidly, accompanied by the development of technology-based information
systems. This has resulted in changes so quickly in the various fields. Human
resources as a means to achieve corporate objectives and has a major role in the
performance of a company forward, one of which also affect the system of internal
control of payroll on PT. Bank DKI.
The objective of this study was to determine whether the Effectiveness of
Internal Control Systems Payroll related to Employee Performance. The
Effectiveness of Internal Control Systems Payroll there are three variables that
support this research, Organization, System Authorization, and Healthy Practices.
The analysis showed that both partial variable X1 (Organization) a
significant relationship to the Employee Performance, variable X2 (Authorization
System) a significant relationship to the Employee Performance, X3 (Healthy
Practices) a significant relationship to the Employee Performance. While
simultaneously or together - both have a significant relationship to the Employee
