The analysis showed that both partial variable X1 (Organization) a significant relationship to the Employee Performance, variable X2 (Authorization System) a significant relationship to the Employee Performance, X3 (Healthy Practices) a significant relationship to the Employee Performance. While simultaneously or together - both have a significant relationship to the Employee Performance.
